About

Crafting Fabulous Rising Stars to succeed and reinvent the world in the AI era.

ThinqShift spent fifteen years proving something with business leaders: that the mindset and behavior shift behind Fabulous Leadership can be taught, deliberately, and that it's the single biggest differentiator between people and organizations who adapt and thrive versus those who don't.

Thinqee wasn't a separate idea. It came directly from ThinqShift's own alumni, our ThinqShift Alums, asking for a way to bring Fabulous Leadership to more people inside their own organizations, communities, and causes. AI made that scale possible. Thinqee exists so ThinqShifters and ThinqShift Alums alike can pay it forward to the next generation of young professionals and students who'll go on to shape how business gets done, the same guidance that's always been reserved for the people at the top, made available to everyone, everywhere.

Why "Thinqee"

Why "ee"?

Everyone, everywhere. That's the aspiration behind the name: the same caliber of advisory relationship that used to belong only to the most senior people, made available to anyone navigating a real inflection in their career or their life.

What we believe

Five things that don't change.

Wisdom over speed

Thinqee teaches you to fish. It's not optimized to do things for you.

Opinionated, not neutral

Built on a specific belief about what makes a leader Fabulous, and it coaches from that belief.

The Fabulous Promise

No ads, no data for sale, ever. Your data is yours, only yours. Made possible in part because Thinqee is built without venture capital or private equity funding.

Real humans, not just AI

ThinqShifters are always one step away, because leadership is ultimately about other humans choosing to follow you.

A licensed framework

The Fabulous Leadership Framework is licensed, not owned by us alone. It's from the ThinqFab.org Foundation, shared with ThinqShift, built to outlast either company.

The company

Thinqee is a product of ThinqWin, Inc.
